For a few days I have been unable to install snap programs, both from Ubuntu
Software but also from the command line.
I tried with the version of 24-01-2020 but with that there are no problems.
Please check and solve.

Also happening to me. I uninstalled GIMP 2.10 via snap, as it was
crashing when I tried to start it. Then get a similar error when
attempting to install again.

The error is displayed in the log app. I do not know what causes the
error. I was using Wayland, but now I switched back to Xorg to check if
the error will occur.

1. The initial CTRL-C works fine.
2. Subsequent attempts are OK if one presses CTRL-C twice on the source cell
which seems to function as a workaround.

In future, whenever you get a bug and you know the name of package causing the
problem use this command inside a terminal session making sure you first have
an internet conection:-

So in my case I ran "ubuntu-bug gnome-shell"
