I set the Fonts size scaling factor to 1.25 with Gnome Tweaks,
Everything is fine in previous.
But, after some recent Ubuntu update, the font size always fall back to
default size at each startup, and the scaling factor shown in Gnome
FWIW, in Ubuntu 20.10 you can't change the resolution of the external
monitor with g-c-c at all, because there is no dropdown for the
resolution, just a label showing the current resolution.

This bug seems to be realated to nvdia graphic cards drivers as there is
no bug when using the open source nvidia driver.

As regards the bogus language item in the list when you open Language
Support, you can probably get rid of it by running this command:
sudo rmdir /usr/share/locale-langpack/mn
And your locale() output looks fine.

This problem seems to be even worse with a 4K monitor set to 200%
scaling. When I follow the procedure above with such a monitor,
maximised terminal windows appear to end up twice the width and height
of the screen. :(
