Public bug reported: I have enabled displaying the seconds in the GNOME top bar time using the GNOME Tweaks application. Occasionally, the last digit of the seconds is cut. It often gets fixed for a small number of seconds or by hovering or clicking on the time. I am unable to take a screenshot
