I have this issue too. It is not a bug with poppler, as other poppler
based pdf readers like Zathura can handle it perfectly.

On ubuntu 22.04, I could reproduce this issue on Xorg, but it couldn't
be reproduced on Xwayland.
If I removed the gnome-shell-extension-desktop-icons-ng, the original
right-click menu of gnome-shell works fine.
I also tried latest version gnome-shell-extension-desktop-icons-ng

Hi, same scenario here, when I hit any key to search an app, it appears double.
If I click in the search button previously I dont get double keystroke.
my setup:

16 years later and *still* no movement on this? Still an issue with
Rhythmbox 3.4.4 in Ubuntu 22.04. I wouldn't even be worried if Genre
*wasn't* stuck between Artist and Album, which was a strange choice. I
did install Alternative Toolbar, and that allowed me to drag and drop in
