Ken, it sounds like zero is somehow out of range for "libinput Accel
Speed" on your touchpad. Annoyingly this doesn't seem to be true for
everyone -- mine allows -1.0 to 1.0. You can inspect the setting using
the 'xinput' command... But I'll do a general fix for mutter/gnome-shell
