Hi Daniel,
I found out that since I donĀ“t use wps office the bug has not
manifested so I think it was the root cause. I removed it and use Free
Office now.

@Fedon: I think this is an issue which should be better reported to
GNOME upstream. But gnome-control-center is probably not the correct
project, since gnome-control-center just sets the dconf value in
question, while the problem is that that value is no longer honored in
x11 sessions. So it would
