Ubuntu Dock briefly has a border and rounded corners when it restarts
(after VT switches or unlocking the screen). It looks like it takes a
couple of frames to apply the correct appearance.

That looks straightforward, with an obvious rollback path. The gnome-
shell switch should be evaluated based on where we are in the release
cycle once its ready, and how smoothly the g-c-c change goes. FFe
granted for the first part, g-c-c + g-i-s.

From a maintenance perspective, I think there's not much argument for
bumping to mozjs115 despite mozjs102 being EOL, because you say Cinnamon
isn't ready to switch and that means the Security Team will still be
supporting both (one under ESM). If anything, this appears to mean a

If you click first on "Appearance", you will see a close button on the
upper right-hand corner of the application. If you now click on "Ubuntu
Desktop", that close button is missing. This is only on the daily build
of Mantic.
