I'm not convinced this is actually a real bug. This is how all menu's
work (including GTK menus), and you will find that every drop-down menu
on the system works in this way. Menu's always grab the keyboard and
pointer so that they are able to know if you've navigated outside of the

This is reproducible on latest Karmic. SSH is not needed, any window
exhibits the same behavior, see the video. Starting from some width,
window decorations become corrupted.
This behavior starts from 2554 pixels width on my 1280x1024 monitor. No
problems with height of 9000 pixels, though.

How to reproduce (I'm on Quantal):
This results in an arrow as big as the icon:
$ ln -s /usr/share/icons/Humanity/apps/32/bash.svg .
$ nautilus .
This results in no arrow at all:
$ ln -s /usr/share/icons/Humanity/apps/16/bash.svg .
$ nautilus .

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a directory, copy any file.
2. Open any other directory.
3. Press Ctrl-V.
Expected results:

When eog is open in full screen mode, and the image viewed is modified
by another program, a notification is displayed prompting with Reload
and Hide buttons. However, pointing to the Reload button results in
a toolbar appearing partially over the prompt and hiding the
