it doesn't use gnome-media's dialogue.
If you install the packages I have provided, the bug is fixed
completely. (apart from the resizing issue).

Public bug reported:
The Add Bookmark Icon in Epiphany at least is too large. I notice that
it is in the 24x24 size only, and menu icons need to be 16x16.
** Affects: human-icon-theme (Ubuntu)

Public bug reported:
The SVG emblems at /usr/share/icons/Human/scalable/emblems are too
large. A vacuum defs in Inkscape makes these files a lot smaller.
For instance, emblem-certified.svg is 608KiB to begin with, but after a
vacuum, it is only 5.7KiB.
** Affects: human-icon-theme (Ubuntu)
The bits in the above patches which says:
[scalable/emblems]
-Size=48
+Size=128
Should now read:
[scalable/emblems]
-Size=48
+Size=32

This is a replacement emblems directory (from bazzar) with the fixed
files. (Only changes to them are the unused defs being removed).

SVG emblems too large, requires a Vacuum Defs from Inkscape
I notice that there is a patch
01_make_type_scalable_for_missing_icons.patch in bzr. This doesn't seem
to affect /usr/share/icons/Human/index.theme though.

I have fixed this bug in Rosetta, so hopefully when the next language
pack update is available, that will fix this bug.
