After I upgraded from 13.10 to 14.04, the Close All Windows in the
File menu and Ctrl+Q are not closing all windows. Instead they are only

this version (It used to happen in 15.04 by the way).
I do not have access to a desktop edition of 14.04 thus I cannot test

N, please don't mark this as invalid. This is the most annoying

I am having the same problem, and have had it as long as I've been using
Ubuntu (Edgy and Feisty). The activate and deactivate menus are
greyed out, even when logged in as root, and even though my non-root
user has everything except root privs. I can connect via modem just

the other programs could read the tags after being edited in rhythmbox,
it was clear which program was at fault...

Yeh thanks! I have now discovered (through your forum post Lukáš, that
Ex Falso CAN read the tags and indeed it is only stripping of ID3v1 tags
and the incorrect error messages being produced that are the bug.

sound not working on Dell 2400 sigmatel built in audio
I have this problem as well when using the workspace switcher, usually
when scrolling through with the mouse wheel. It has happened first when
I checked the Workspaces on a Cube button in Desktop effects. It has
persisted even though I have disabled this option. What happens is like
you say above

drive no longer appears on the desktop (as SEA_DISC), nor in 'Places'.
