Please start by disabling AppIndicators:
gnome-extensions disable ubuntu-appindicat...@ubuntu.com
and then log in again. Does the bug still occur?

I think the next step is to monitor dbus to find out what is causing:
g-properties-changed on GDBusProxy
because it looks like the volume of events is the issue.

Those types of errors are not unusual and don't usually lead to an
unresponsive GUI. So we might be conflating the GUI issue with unrelated

Next time a freeze
Officially the fix is now released. And we're not receiving any crash
reports for this in 45.1. But please continue to report all crashes you
encounter.
