By May 1, the autopkgtest was failing on Mantic & the first time it was retried
on Lunar after that (May 15), it was failing there.

Update gnome-calendar to 43.1
Look in 'kinetic-updates' instead of 'kinetic'.
'kinetic' is frozen on the day kinetic was released. Updates will then
go to either 'kinetic-updates' or 'kinetic-security'.
'kinetic-updates' is enabled by default. It's possible for users to turn
it off and only depend on security updates, but

What Happens
All the line art in the Multitasking panel doesn't show up. These are .svg
files.
All the line art in the Mouse & Touchpad panels doesn't show up. These
are .webm files.

I don't want to re-enable this feature until there is a GUI way to turn
it off either altogether or for a particular network. It's nice that it
works in most places but there are still cases where a user may want to
disable it for themselves.

I noticed that we have disabled the mutter build tests from being run on
Debian's riscv64.
