Public bug reported:
I have the Firefox Snap launcher pinned on Unity's side launcher/panel,
but it keeps disappearing.
I believe it happens after every Firefox update.

$ ldd /bin/rhythmbox
linux-vdso.so.1 (0x7fffb1be1000)
librhythmbox-core.so.10 =>
/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/librhythmbox-core.so.10 (0x7f1e68877000)
libglib-2.0.so.0 => /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libglib-2.0.so.0
(0x7f1e6873e000)
libgobject-2.0.so.0 =>
This is ran on Ubuntu Unity 22.10:
$ ldd /bin/rhythmbox
linux-vdso.so.1 (0x7ffe2d4cd000)
libgtk3-nocsd.so.0 => /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libgtk3-nocsd.so.0
(0x7fe528ed1000)
librhythmbox-core.so.10 =>
/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/librhythmbox-core.so.10 (0x7fe528d3c000)
When I tried on 20.04, it's missing libpcre.so.3
Full output:
$ ldd /bin/rhythmbox
linux-vdso.so.1
librhythmbox-core.so.10 => /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/librhythmbox-core.so.10
libX11.so.6 => /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libX11.so.6
libgtk-3.so.0 => /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libgtk-3.so.0
I took out the Hex stuff on the output:
Kubuntu 22.10:
$ ldd /bin/rhythmbox
linux-vdso.so.1
librhythmbox-core.so.10 => /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/librhythmbox-core.so.10
libglib-2.0.so.0 => /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libglib-2.0.so.0
libgobject-2.0.so.0 => /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libgobject-2.0.so.0
That package doesn't exist in 22.10.
However, I tried to install gtk3-nocsd, but no dice

Title:
Rhythmbox won't launch
So I purged some of the gstreamer stuff with dpkg and reinstalled. The
output now when I try to launch Rhythmbox is:
$ rhythmbox
[4:00:23.298488375] [43683] ERROR Controls controls.cpp:689 Control 0x
not in the idmap
[4:00:23.298501354] [43683] FATAL default controls.cpp:654 assertion
Turns out it was that package, or cpp-11, in 22.10 repo that was causing
my issue as I'm now able to start it after removing cpp-11 & g++-11
packages.

Wish the team would take priority in solving this, or at the very least
have some way to create custom subvolumes.
I dunno, it’s just tedious when I had to fix mine.
