Okay, I have installed that package and again run the Valgrind process. Something else, and I do not know if this would be related or not (and it is merely cosmetic) is that the font rendering quality seems to have recently been diminished. Again, don’t know if it is related or not, but just

2007-03-15 Thread Michael Trausch
Thanks for the patch! I have applied it against the source code and built my own package for it and installed it, and it seems to be working, for now at least. Presumably, I should know within a couple of hours if there is still a problem… I use Unicode extensively within the terminal. :-) --

Nope—apport doesn’t seem to be kicking off when I restart to let me know. Perhaps the Metacity crash went away and it is just X11 dying a horrible Sig11 death? I don’t know, and I suspect that if it were possible to try to trace everything starting with gdm and everything that was forked/exec’d

This problem is still a problem as of today with Feisty Fawn. Is there any progress on this bug? It is beginning to become a problem—I have two notification areas on each of my workspaces (:0.0 and :0.1, same configuration as above with no Xinerama, see attached X.org configuration), but the

Indeed it is. I just printed a single page mail, and did not get the problem of the blank page afterwards, and then I printed a mail that spanned multiple pages, and it printed precisely as I expected it to. I think that the bug can now be tagged Fix Released, if others can confirm that the
