well you cite a message wenn klicking answer and have the appropriate setting
(cite/quote; cite/quote Outlook Style)
[I don't know which english expression is used and I also told that it might be
a translation issue!]
I just klicked on report an error... and filled in everything a could.

In Ubuntu 18.04 LTS this is still an issue, the described behaviour still
occurs exactly as described.
Probably this is expected with your smartphone but absolutely not from your
Laptop!

Issue persists on 20.04 on the same Lenovo L480/490/14 Series.
Turning Wifi off still turns airplane mode on.

This bug has quite a big impact but seems to be easy to fix. By this
means 4 years is a looong time. 20.04 LTS, 21.04, 21.10 still have this
issue - will 22.04 too?
Seriously, when will this be fixed?
