Hello,
Totem seems to be no more able to watch TV using DVB with both gstreamer
and xine backend. It is opening a lot of windows , one for each channel
saying this kind of message:
The playlist 'dvb://...' could not be parsed, it might be
Hy!
This bug that was gone is back again with version 2.24.0-1ubuntu1
(Jaunty/amd64).

Don't know why but Launchpad is very confusing. I still have the problem with
this version of the package using the source repository in my apt. Then
searching at Launchpad I found two different ways :

Sorry, a mistake from mine. It is two differents arch to show the
differences between the build.

Sorry for delay. Also I have switched since to Oneiric, but I see no more the
dependency between libgnome2-dev and libesd-dev regarding:

Since some version ago of the packages in Maverick, Evolution cannot check mail
in localhost mailbox.
It is reporting a error with a 'Could not lock ' message.

Why is there a dependency between libgnome2-dev (2.27.5-0ubuntu1) and
libesd0-dev?
I did not see any external dependency (inclusion of the esd.h in *.h
of libgnome2-dev):

Ok regarding my env:
$ gnome-extensions list --enabled
$ gsettings get org.gnome.shell enabled-extensions
@as []
I did not removed gnome-shell-extensions because this will break the
gnome-core installed.
It crashed again this morning:
