I had exactly the same problem as #9 : I had troubles on the internet
connexion. I restarted and since the gnome-software don't launch on
graphic version, neither via terminal.

While waiting for the solution, I installed the good old Ubuntu
software-center ... Still do the job !

Reading from keychain failed with error: 'No keychain service
The previous bug has been fixed, I updated my laptop and the problem
still occurs.

When my laptop starts, it took a very long time. I CTRL-F2, and I
discovered the following message:
"a start job is running for snappy daemon"
Boot sequence seems to be stuck up a long time with this deamon.
I'm using Ubuntu 18.04 LTS always up to date.
My laptop is a HP
I wonder if this is not the same bug :
