(X) and choose Force Quit in the prompted window.

I had the same issue in Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS.
Another situation to reproduce the problem is: on the keyboard, press the
Calculator Button (keyboard shortcut). It'll open in background.

Every time I type Ctrl+Q in order to close all Nautilus windows it
crashes and became gray. I need to click the right corner close button

I am
My apport is enabled and job is running. However, when Nautilus crashes,
no crash data is put into /var/crash/. This directory remains empty.
Then I have no ways to proceed with this report.
