loop in debian/rules in the install target to create

instead of ubuntu one). New installs are fine.

I also have a similar issue, however it seems to be only triggered when
using Telerik Fiddler (a Mono app, which is in beta for Linux). I assume
there is a bug in Fiddler, but it shouldn't make the mouse unresponsive
for the whole system.
