Hotplugging a USB flashdrive succeeds only for the first time (because my system
uses only ide drives and so sd_mod is not loaded automatically at startup).
At plug time sd_mod is loaded

USB flash drive automount, works only on first time (even on ubuntu and kubuntu
livecd!!!)
Bug seems resolved by upgrading to acpi-support package to version
0.85.
