gnome-volume-control also crashes when I hit the 'Test speakers' button
under the 'Hardware' tab. However I do not have usb headset/microphone.
Should I also mention that I've never had trouble before Natty?

Middle clicking a folder/bookmark in nautilus opens it as a new tab. In
lucid it switches automatically to that tab (useful). However, somewhere

It seems that in the latest updates the behaviour of nautilus has
changed back to what it was in Jaunty whereby opening a new tab by
middle-clicking opens that tab in the background.
This successfully circumvents the above issue.
