As the summary says. It should definitely update more, at _least_ once
every 5%. I understand polling is to be kept to a minimum to avoid
unnecessary CPU usage but really, it'd be nice if when I look at my
battery stats, they don't
g-p-m lists tell me this is a HAL problem.

HAL maintainer apply this patch?
