Hmm probably not ati drivers problem, but happens only for some ATI
users. :/ Very annoying

Well this happens with all themes. Radiance, Ambiance or even external
ones. So I think this is probably metacity problem. As it makes no
effect when I put mouse cursor on the close, min, max buttons. In unity
(when windows is maximized) everything works fine, other ways
