Thanks for reporting it, Actually I thought it happens to me only :)
I've experienced it with 'Totem' plus, even in fullscreen if I move the cursor
the bars from top and bottom will move inside then outside, after moving
outside it leaves blank shadows and it doesn't clear until un-fullscreen
Moved to Nautilus.
