, I move the entry Beautify PHP up to the top of the list. When I
close the window and load it up again, I usually see my tool renamed to
beautiful-php and all of the commands, description, etc. are reverted to
blank entries.

When I go to the External Tools window and I am presented with the panel
of current External Tools on the left pane, if I should decide to
rearrange them (to change the order shown to choose from, for instance)
it removes all the data from the
