[Bug 287405] Re: gnome-settings-daemon does not work
I have the same problem. Think this is related: - [EMAIL PROTECTED] ~]$gst-inspect-0.10 ERROR: Caught a segmentation fault while loading plugin file: /usr/lib/gstreamer-0.10/libgstlibvisual.so Please either: - remove it and restart. - run with --gst-disable-segtrap and debug. [Bug 287405] Re: gnome-settings-daemon does not work
I've done the same as Mats, so now I'm back to my original lookfeel. This bug seems to be similar to this one: http://bugs.donarmstrong.com /cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=466985 So, could this be related to updated mesa-packages? I haven't done any debug using gdb, so just a wild guess... -- gnome-settings-daemon does not work https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/287405 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-settings-daemon in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
[Bug 127644] Re: Evolution: Applying a Label to an Email by right clicking on the message and selecting label doesnt apply the label
Still works, also in Evolution 2.12.0, so I think this bug can be closed. -- Evolution: Applying a Label to an Email by right clicking on the message and selecting label doesnt apply the label https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/127644 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is a bug assignee. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
[Bug 140914] Experimental plugin Mail to meeting in Evolution doesn't work?
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: evolution-plugins-experimental I'm not totally sure about how this plugin is supposed to work, but to me it seems like it's somewhat broken. Running Evolution 2.12.0, Ubuntu Gutsy. In Evolution Mail i choose an email, right click on it, and select Convert to meeting. This gives me a pop-up with the possibility to choose which calendar I would like to have as destination. I typically select Personal, and click on Ok. Then it seems to stop. I would think that the next step would be to have an new event pop-up, to give me the possibility to fill in date, time, etc. However I'm not sure if this is the way it is supposed to work. At least no new event/meeting is created in my Personal calendar, so it seems that this plugin is broken. Not a very critical bug, but I've long waited for this kind of functionality. Convert to task works fine, but it would be nice to be able to create events from mails as well. (Or be able to attach mail from my IMAP folders to events I create.) ** Affects: evolution (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Experimental plugin Mail to meeting in Evolution doesn't work? https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/140914 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is a bug contact for evolution in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
[Bug 127644] Re: Evolution: Applying a Label to an Email by right clicking on the message and selecting label doesnt apply the label
This seems to work for me now. Evolution 2.11.92, but none of these bug reports seems to have been closed. Can someone else also confirm that it works for them? -- Evolution: Applying a Label to an Email by right clicking on the message and selecting label doesnt apply the label https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/127644 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is a bug assignee. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs

[Bug 127644] Re: Evolution: Applying a Label to an Email by right clicking on the message and selecting label doesnt apply the label
For some reason I suddenly was able to add a label to one mail, but now later I'm unable to do it again. Even unable to remove the label I put on the previous mail as well. [Bug 127644] Re: Evolution: Applying a Label to an Email by right clicking on the message and selecting label doesnt apply the label
Just want to say that I see the same. I'm testing Gutsy on a new laptop. Added a new IMAP account, but unable to assign labels to mail. On my other laptop using Feisty (Evolution 2.10.1) everything seems to work fine. Problem is with Evolution 2.11.6.1 on Gutsy. In my setup I'm using Dovecot 1.0.0 as IMAP server.
