And here is the log produced with '-d'. FWIW, after trying to play this mms radio station, I can also no longer quit rhythmbox. When I click on the close icon (x) on the window title bar after a few seconds a dialog pops up asking me whether I would like to forcefully quit rhythmbox. It looks like
