This really is a support question, not a bug in seahorse: most likely the permissions of your ~/.gnupg folder and it's contents are wrong. This happens when you run software with root privileges that change stuff in hour /home directory. Use gksudo for those. What does the command 'ls -la ~/.gnupg' show?
