Just updated to 23.04 and this behavior is gone. Now when I click another window while the pie-chart dialog is showing, it dismisses the dialog. Kinda weird it needs to dismiss prior to changing windows (because it takes one more click to actually switch windows) but much better behavior than

There wasn't any activity noticeable in top and no updates from the journalctl command. I've attached a video demonstrating it is really just about the dialog displayed. Even dismissing, switching programs to show the UI is responsive, then showing the PI chart dialog again (before it times out
