I finally gave up on Rhythmbox and I am sticking with Guayadeque. You
can sort static playlists AND you can export/import radio station lists,
and it doesn't crash on me like Banshee always has. I recommend the PPA
version instead of the default repository version, as Guayadeque is
*gasp* actively
I'm trying to bump this bug since it expired.
I've done what was requested of me and am willing to do more, but no one
seems to respond.
I've also noticed this seems to be a pattern with Rhythmbox bugs in
particular. This seems odd since Banshee is now no longer the default
player.
Does Ubuntu
Clicking the New Separator button does nothing in Oneiric, but Alacarte
does not crash for me.

This is what I did to try to break rhythmbox again:
while rhythmbox is open, in Nautilus I made a temporary music library
folder with just one song (as opposed to 30,000 songs, which seems to
make the debug output

I am confused by the advise above to launch the binary manually. I am
using Natty and currently do not have gnome-panel installed, and thus
the binary itself is not working. The terminal output prompts me thusly:
gnome-desktop-item-edit --create-new launcher name
