Sebastien, I was able to reproduce this just like Andree said. After
copying several large files, Nautilus keeps writing them in background
and displays the reported message when the user tries to eject, long
after the progress dialog has closed:

I followed the instructions and started apport. It's working (it caught

Several times i wanted to empty the trash and remove the applet from the panel
instead.
Maybe there is too many options in the contextual menu and 'Empty trash' is to
far away in it.

This behavior is very confusing and could probably happen rather often
with experienced typers. It should probably be fixed or at least
improved for the release.
