[Bug 727099] [NEW] In Maverick, clicking File - Save a copy - Create Folder gives an error
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: evince I'm working in Maverick, fully updated up to 1 March 2011. Package evince has version number 2.32.0-0ubuntu1. When I open a PDF file, click File - Save a copy - Create Folder, a dialogue box pops up with the message: The folder could not be created\n\n Error creating directory. Permission denied This happens within parent folders for which I do have the necessary permissions, such as the home folder. This happens for all pdf's. I have not noticed this behaviour with any other application. Saving a copy of a pdf *without* creating a new folder does work. ** Affects: evince (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to evince in ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/727099 Title: In Maverick, clicking File - Save a copy - Create Folder gives an error -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
