I used to lower down brightness around 2. Then after about 15 to 20 seconds of inactivity, the screen used to set itself automatically to 5 and then to 10 suddenly after touching the touchpad. I had to lower down brightness manually every times. Problem solved by disabling the lower luminosity to

I have a similar problem. After some normal use, nautilus eats up 300MB RAM, with the only remedy being restarting nautilus. I have opened no folder containing videos, so it isn't the video thumbnailer, however, there are lots of pdfs which get thumbnailed. This problem only appeared recently for
