When calling Yelp home page from System-Help (e.g. Système-Aide in French) 
the strings Ubuntu Help Centre and Welcome to the Ubuntu Help Centre are 
left untranslated.
I checked Rosetta (for French) and the string IS translated.

I suspect that when building toc.xml from toc.xml.in, the Gnome CVS po
is used instead of new Rosetta po, and strings that have been patched
for Ubuntu are therefore not translated.
