a "Write to Disc..." option.

- insert a blank DVD+RW

The brasero/nautilus dialog claims: The data size is too large
I teseted again. When brasero is started from a terminal window, the the old
version gives the mentioned no space error.
After updating to -ubuntu3.1* it works without giving that error.
The right click an ISO file and select Write to Disc... scenario still gives
the same error.
Is that handled

Right clicked a 4700372992 bytes big iso file, selected Write to disc..

I burned some files to a DVD+RW media (why does it eject after burning?
Burners don't need that for 10 years now).

I agree that it is less intuitive.
Last time I tried unclutter, the trigger by keystroke did not work. That
way is more intuitive and already used by some code (parts). Like the
gnome terminal, and some (GTK+) text fields, IIRC.

Why is the mouse pointer so important while you type text?
Besides, it will appear the moment you touch the mouse.
Additional ideas, for v2.0 ;)
- use a fade-in , fade-out effect instead of instant (dis/re)appearance
- related to above comment: do not make pointer disappear completely, but
IMO this should be done much higher than that (or lower, depends on the
viewpoint).
What about all the non GTK/GDK apps?
But the patch is a good start.

After burning an iso image, there is no Verify option.
If you are referring to the check option that can be run separatelly, it
just reports, that is has no md5 data for this dic (or similar, I'm not

This bug is about use existing account.
But it is a bit confusing as create new might be understood as create
new account in Empathy (but use pre-existing MSN account).

Ubuntu 9.10 desktop i386 LiveCD
It takes about 4 seconds for the Help window to appear, the additional 13
seconds during which the CPU is 100% loaded, for th actual help text to appear.
(this is with the screenshot help, as in the original report)

testing with 9.10 desktop i386 CD (live boot):
- ntpd is running
- TZ selection works
- time update : not sure, the time is correct...
- there is no Synchronize now button, even if the help mentions it
