Actually I'm not sure if it is the same bug. I had this issue last week
and was fixed with the patch mentioned by Ben Court. I had to reinstall
about 2 days ago and of this moment the system is fully updated with the
Main Server

I am experiencing the issues mentioned in #388168 which were resolved with the
patch mentioned.
This a new install since then, and at the moment is fully updated with the main
server (still waiting on all the libmono stuff).

Ben Scott who reported bug #338168 has provided me with a Valgrind cmd
which worked, susequently evolution ran.
