Sorry for the late reply.
I found an important information about my issue. Nautilus become in english
when the IBM Lotus Notes package is installed. Should I look in the deb file to
see if there is something wrong or should I report a bug to IBM ?

Hi, I use Ubuntu 10.04 in french. Every french locale packages seem to
be installed. Every applications are in french except nautilus. Its
buttons are in english but its menu is in french as you can see in
attachment.
