i installed gnome-vfs-obexftp and libopenobex1
it is working.
but this packages should be installed default with gnome-bluetooth
services.

Bluetooth fails to connect to phone: obex://[mac:address] is
this bug is specific to feisty. i didn't test it on gutsy. But edgy was
ok.

Binary package hint: file-roller
when extracting a file from a zip archive which file name is in
ISO-8859-9 format. It converts characters to another format.
for instance:
YÖNLENDİRİLMİŞ ÇALIŞMA RAPOR.doc
to
YЩNLENDШRШLMШЮ АALIЮMA RAPOR.doc
** Affects: file-roller
unzip has the same result. an encoding problem.
