reached. When it happens, no error condition is reported. It fails
silently, as if the file was truncated.

Based on the behavior I've observed, I think it's possible that there

Before this update, starting my terminal from the applications menu
yielded a shell with SSH_AUTH_SOCK correctly pointing at gnome

I have this problem in ubuntu hardy, with a 2 mbit/sec video clip being
streamed over localhost with rtsp. A few seconds into the clip, the

I, too, am seeing the bad mount state after logout/login. Another

This seems like it might be a somewhat widespread issue, and a
relatively simple work-around is available. Perhaps a SRU
Craig, and other folks suffering from the segfault issue: that is a
separate issue, and you should create a separate ticket to deal with it.

It's still broken for me.
If I hibernate using the power manager applet in the notification tray
(next to the task bar clock), I am prompted for my password when I
resume. If I hibernate using the usual Quit / Log Out menu, the
password prompt is bypassed when I resume.
