I can confirm this bug
With the amd64 version 2.24.1-0ubuntu1
Steps to reproduce:
1) Run seahorse
2) Open preferences (Edit Preferences) and go to the Key Server tab
3) Add new key server and choose custom
4) Crash :D
I have reproduced this 4 times
