I backported epiphany-browser_43.0-2 and webkit2gtk (2.38.1-1) from debian sid to my machine to check if it is resolved upstream. [Bug 106837] Keyboard losing some character like | (pipe) on Feisty Fawn
You have been subscribed to a public bug: Hi, How to reproduce : Chose Canada Keyboard (French Canadian) by default and chose English US to second choice. Switch from Canada to English US keyboard. Try to write pipe character you will get and suppose to be || and \\\ Note : When I do my initial installation I chose English US for the Default Keyboard. After that, on gnome I switch to Canada keyboard by default (I don't like to have French Canadian keyboard on console (Alt-F1) when a have to resolve problem).
