about same here with Ubuntu 17.10 : copying 700Mo file to USB, using
nautilus, is apparently very quick and freezes in the end.

Seems to be / Could be related to "Nautilus > Preferences > Experimental
view" ("flowbox"). Seems fixed when unchecked.
