in gedit external tools' names can not be edited

when a new external tool is added everything is OK except the name of
the new added tool can not be edited, it default name New Tool is
remain as it and can not be changed. This problem is appear in ubuntu
11.10. I am not sure if this problem is a bug or what?

F-Spot PicasaWeb export fails when Export Tags is checked
I am running Rhythmbox 0.12.6-1ubuntu8 on Lucid and the issue still
exists. It also happened before I upgraded to Lucid, with whatever
version is in Karmic.

I am attempting to set a background that is the size of my two displays
(2560x1024 for 2 1280x1024 displays). In Karmic, this used to work
without an issue. The behavior for multiple desktops seems to have
changed in Lucid, and now

I am able to replicate this issue with Rhythmbox. When I try to import a
CD it goes terribly slow (it got to 3 songs in about 20 minutes) and
starts using up all my CPU. In comparison, I tried importing with
Banshee and it imports rather quickly. I was able to import the same CD
in about 5

I can confirm this bug. In my case, the size of the icon's in my home
directory never change. Any other directory listens to the Icon Size
directive, but won't change back to 100% as the reporter explains.

When setting a Socks proxy (not setting anything for HTTP) in the gnome
proxy tool, the HTTP proxy is set as an env variable which breaks usage
of all CLI applications.

know fglrx isn't supported too well
yet, but at least with Xgl it worked okay, which is why I want to use it
instead of AIGLX. At least, until the support for my card is better.

Tested the latest update as well. Gnome-settings-daemon seems to still
crash. Xgl does seem to work though, and compiz works as well. It is
just really slow compared to running Xgl on 7.10.

times on my server. I have not yet been able to install root
terminal on my laptop (because I can't enter my password.) Please
address this. It is beyond frustrating.
