[Bug 1105838] [NEW] party mode inescapable unless you know the hotkey

2013-01-26 Thread Joel Pickett
*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 785631 ***
https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/785631

Public bug reported:

Once you launch party mode in Rhythmbox, it is near impossible to go
back to normal mode unless you know the F11 hotkey. There should be a
button that is around a corner that makes it easy to resume normal mode.

Suggestions:

1. A first-run party mode dialogue could be shown to indicate the F11
hotkey.

2. Small close button added to the party mode interface.

little unnecessary.

[Bug 897169] [NEW] no templates installed in Rt-Click Create New Document

2011-11-28 Thread Joel Pickett
Public bug reported:

Hi, when you right click in Nautilus and scroll to Create New Document,
it opens another list which has no templates installed (which is
greyed-out) and Empty Document

There should be some, for example, LibreOffice templates here, such as a
Writer, Calc and Impress - otherwise this space is redundant and the
Create Empty Document could be merged into the main list.

[Bug 372132] Re: Create Document Templates difficult to use

2011-11-28 Thread Joel Pickett
Echoing comment #63, it's annoying installing Ubuntu, a full-featured
desktop OS, to find that there's no document templates available. I'd
much rather not have it at all than to have something that you have to
actually create the templates yourself.
