[Bug 1858414] Re: gnome-shell crashed with SIGTRAP in ObjectInstance::disassociate_js_gobject() from std::function::operator() from ObjectInstance::remove_wrapped_gobjects_if()

2020-06-02 Thread Lyubomir Parvanov
I mean, it doesn't sound logical for me for the error tracking system to
not be able to distinguish between issues with extensions and ones with
core gnome. But i don't know about gnome enough.

Is it normal for extensions to be able to crash native gnome/Ubuntu
processes? Seems strange to me.

[Bug 1244090] Re: Pressing any global keyboard shortcut causes temporary loss of focus

2020-05-02 Thread Lyubomir Parvanov
I also don't have time to learn C++ and implement this myself, but it
seems to be a really bad situation. In Trello if you delete everything
somehow from a tile title and try to use Ctrl + Z to restore it... well
good luck, but you can't. It's gone forever.

[Bug 1864325] [NEW] On press of space key, lock screen got into a loop of trying to show the password field

2020-02-22 Thread Lyubomir Parvanov
Public bug reported:

I woke the laptop from sleep and pressed "space" key to unlock. Computer
went crazy and started a loop of trying to display the password field.
Also, there were multiple dropdowns on top of each other for the system
tray menu.

I use variety, but i am not sure if this is the cause or it is some
gnome-shell bug or both.
