@davecore This has a solution. It remaps the emoji key to something
else; or you can delete it altogether.

Application icons appear stretched when using scaling
To manage
all the chat servers including ,yahoo, gmail,jabber,hotmail and irc network .
when you try to connect it does not show any progress of connection on the top
right hand side progress circle.

Yes, adding these four files fixed the issue in 9.10, thanks a lot. ( I had to
use root login to add these files to Notes folder). But it doesn't allow me to
replicate. All the options in Basic tab are grayed and I can't check mark the
optional boxes in other tabs.
