I think including a Try to Copy option in the not enough space
dialogue may be more practical than intensive overwrite size
calculation. Also another nice addition to this dialogue would be a
Calculate with Overwrite button. This way the extra overwrite size
calculation will not be performed

I have similar problem in 9.10. I have set 10 workspaces. But after each login
the workspace count is set back to 2.
I decrease (increase won't work) the workspace count in the workspace switchers
preference, it changes back to 9 workspace and then I increase to 10

i have ubuntu 8.10 and my problem with switching to guest user.
when i need to came back to my own user accunt and logout the guest user accunt
this bug will be there
