gconf FTBFS because build deps on libdbus-1-dev, libdbus-glib-1-dev were removed
The attached branch simply reverts debian/control.in to the previous
version. Tested building with pbuilder and the package now builds.
Not 100% sure this is the right fix, but it didn't work before the
change and it does now :)

This was just a dumb fix, I looked at what was failing and fixed that, didn't
