I see I made a mistake when I wrote the bug report. As I did not note
thet there are two mode that fills the screen (fullscreen and
presentation), I wrote fullscreen when I ment presentation mode.
To reproduce
Open a pdf in evince
press F5
Rotate with ctrl+left/right
- nothing happens
press

displayed as arrows but the back arrow is displayed as a forward arrow.

It is not possible to reinstall using apt-get install evince

Pressing ctrl+left/right is the shortcut for rotating the document.
When using this keys in fullscreen mode, the rotation is not applied before the
software enters windowed mode.
Rotating in windowed mode works as expected.
