Yes it happens with other users too. Those documents were create by
Microsoft word 2000 and Microsoft Wordpad. After i realised that problem
is caused by actually created two different RTF test files. One

Yes it is reproducible by another user, and no it behaves similarly at least
reiserfs filesystem. So there is some sort of bug that is not filesystem
dependable.

When right clicking the mouse in rtf type file, it does not offer Open
With Openoffice word processor even it show in file Properties - Open
with dialog and has been selected as default application for opening the
rtf file type.
